With regard to the situation of Kenya, Outreach informed the public about the surrender and transfer of Paul Gicheru through press releases, information sheets (such as Q&As) and videos, which were specifically shared with media and civil society in Kenya. Information materials were also made available on the Court’s website and social media. A number of interviews were granted to Kenyan media to respond to their queries and in order to pass the correct information and limit misinformation on the next steps in the case.
