ICC condemns the issuance of US Executive Order seeking to impose sanctions on the Court
The ICC condemns the issuance by the US of an Executive Order seeking to impose sanctions on its officials and harm its independent and impartial judicial work. The Court stands firmly by its personnel and pledges to continue providing justice and hope to millions of innocent victims of atrocities across the world, in all Situations before it. We call on our 125 States Parties, civil society and all nations of the world to stand united for justice and fundamental human rights.
تدين المحكمة الجنائية الدولية إصدار أمر تنفيذي أميركي يهدف إلى فرض عقوبات على مسؤولي المحكمة والإضرار بعملها القضائي المستقل والمحايد. تقف المحكمة بثبات إلى جانب مسؤوليها وتتعهد بمواصلة سعيها لإحقاق العدالة وتقديم الأمل لملايين الأبرياء من ضحايا الجرائم الفظيعة في مختلف أنحاء العالم وفي كل الحالات المعروضة أمامها. وتناشد الدول الأعضاء المئة وخمس وعشرين، وكذلك المجتمع المدني وسائر دول العالم للبقاء متحدة من أجل العدل والحقوق الإنسانية الأساسية.
La Corte Penal Internacional condena la publicación por Estados Unidos de una orden ejecutiva que busca imponer sanciones a sus funcionarios y perjudicar su labor judicial independiente e imparcial. La Corte apoya firmemente a su personal y se compromete a continuar brindando justicia y esperanza a millones de víctimas inocentes de atrocidades alrededor del mundo, en todas las situaciones en las que actúa. Hacemos un llamado a nuestros 125 Estados Parte, la sociedad civil y todas las naciones del mundo a permanecer unidos por la justicia y los derechos humanos fundamentales.
