Kenyan Minister of Industrialization, MP for Tinderet Constituency, ODM Chairman (and during the post-election violence, MP for Tinderet), at time of summons. Summons to appear: 8 March 2011

Charges: four crimes against humanity allegedly committed during the 2007-2008 post-election violence in Kenya. On 23 January 2012, the Judges declined to confirm the charges against Mr Kosgey. His case also involved William Samoei Ruto and Joshua Arap Sang. The Ruto and Sang case was terminated on 5 April 2016.

Charges: three crimes against humanity: murder, deportation or forcible transfer of population, and persecution, allegedly committed during the 2007-2008 post-election violence in Kenya. Case also involved Henry Kiprono Kosgey and William Samoei Ruto. Judges declined to confirm the charges against Mr Kosgey on 23 January 2012. Case against Joshua Arap Sang and William Samoei Ruto was terminated on 5 April 2016.
