Portugal, a State Party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) since 2002, has made a voluntary contribution of EUR 15,000 to the Trust Fund for Victims (TFV), reaffirming its commitment to international justice and the rights of victims of crimes under the Rome Statute.

This unrestricted contribution will support the TFV’s dual mandate: implementing ICC ordered reparations and delivering assistance programmes that address the physical, psychological, and material needs of victims and affected communities.

The Republic of Slovenia, a State Party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) since 2001, has made a voluntary contribution of EUR 15,000 to the Trust Fund for Victims (TFV), reaffirming its commitment to international justice and the rights of victims of crimes under the Rome Statute. 

The Federal Republic of Germany, a State Party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) since 2000, has made a voluntary contribution of EUR 40,000 to the Trust Fund for Victims (TFV), reaffirming its commitment to international justice and the rights of victims of crimes under the Rome Statute.  Germany's voluntary contribution is earmarked for the implementation of Court-ordered reparations.

The Principality of Liechtenstein, a State Party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) since 2001, has made voluntary contributions totalling EUR 63,490 to the Trust Fund for Victims (TFV) in 2025 – its highest contributions to date – reaffirming its commitment to international justice and the rights of victims of crimes under the Rome Statute. Liechtenstein's voluntary contribution is of an unrestricted nature and will be used to redress the harm suffered by victims, through reparation awards ordered by the ICC and other programmes for their benefit.

The Czech Republic, a State Party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) since 2009, has made voluntary contributions totalling EUR 38,700 to the Trust Fund for Victims (TFV) in 2025, reaffirming its commitment to international justice and the rights of victims of crimes under the Rome Statute. 

The Czech Republic’s contribution is of an unrestricted nature and will be used to redress the harm suffered by victims, through reparation awards ordered by the ICC and other programmes for their benefit.

The Republic of Cyprus, a State Party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) since 2002, has made a voluntary contribution of EUR 25,000 to the Trust Fund for Victims (TFV), reaffirming its commitment to international justice and the rights of victims of crimes under the Rome Statute.  This amount has been marked by the Republic of Cyprus as an unrestricted contribution and will be used to redress the harm suffered by victims.

The Kingdom of Spain, a State Party to the International Criminal Court (ICC) since 2000, has made voluntary contributions totalling EUR 340,000 to the Trust Fund for Victims (TFV) in 2025, reaffirming its commitment to international justice and the rights of victims of crimes under the Rome Statute. 

Victims and members of the community in Bogoro, Ituri province, Democratic Republic of the Congo, gathered on 24 February 2026 to inaugurate a memorial monument dedicated to those who suffered harm as a result of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed during the attack of 24 February 2003. The ceremony, held on the 23rd anniversary of the attack, marked a moment of remembrance, dignity, and collective reflection for the community.

The Republic of Finland, a State Party to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) since 2000, has made a voluntary contribution of EUR 400,000 to the Trust Fund for Victims (TFV), reaffirming its commitment to international justice and the rights of victims of crimes under the Rome Statute.
