Office of the Prosecutor

The Office of the Prosecutor is one of the four organs of the International Criminal Court. The mission of the Office embraces the effective and efficient conduct of preliminary examinations, investigations, and prosecution of perpetrators of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and the crime of aggression.
