Prof. Cora True-Frost: "The relationship between the Office of the Prosecutor and the UN Security Council"

Guest lecture:

​Professor True-Frost is Assistant Professor of Law at the Syracuse University College of Law (New York, USA). She teaches classes in international and domestic criminal law and international human rights law.  As a Climenko Fellow and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School, she co-taught with the former ICC Prosecutor Moreno-Ocampo and Dean Minow a seminar on the Prosecution Policies and Strategies at the ICC.  She worked at the Judicial Systems Monitoring Programme in East Timor where she published the first report on women's access to the formal justice sector and established a Women's Justice Unit. She also served as Legal Consultant to the Fofana Defence Team before the Special Court for Sierra Leone, led the NGO Working Group on Women, Peace and Security at the UN headquarters and was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP.  Professor True-Frost was a Fellow at the Safra Foundation for Ethics and the Professions at Harvard University (Cambridge, USA), earned an LL.M. from Harvard Law School as a Gammon Fellow and a J.D./M.P.A. magna cum laude as one of two Law Fellows at Syracuse College of Law and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs (Syracuse University, New York, USA).
