Case: The Prosecutor vs. Thomas Lubanga Dyilo
On Thursday 24 August 2006, Pre-Trial Chamber I will hold a Status Conference (public hearing) in the case of the Prosecutor vs. Thomas Lubanga Dyilo.
The hearing will commence at 14.00 hours in Courtroom I, located in the D-Wing.
The agenda will include inter alia matters related to the disclosure and filing of evidence, extension of deadlines for filing by the Defence and the Prosecutor’s request to order the Defence to inform the Pre-Trial Chamber whether it will request a postponement of the confirmation hearing, scheduled for 28 September.
Journalists wishing to cover the hearing are requested to arrive at the seat of the Court no later than 13.45 hours.
