Case: The Prosecutor vs. Thomas Lubanga Dyilo
The Status Conference in the case of the ICC Prosecutor vs. Thomas Lubanga Dyilo that was scheduled to take place on 19 September has been postponed.
Pre-Trial Chamber I has decided that the public hearing will take place on 26 September at 14:00 in Courtroom I.
