Media briefing with ICC Deputy Prosecutor (Prosecutions) Fatou Bensouda

Case: The Prosecutor vs. Thomas Lubanga Dyilo 

The Office of the Prosecutor of the ICC invites all interested media representatives to a briefing with Deputy Prosecutor (Prosecutions) Fatou Bensouda at ICC headquarters in The Hague on 28 August at 4:00 pm.

At the briefing, which is expected to last for approximately one hour, the Deputy Prosecutor will update the media on the charges that will be brought against Thomas Lubanga Dyilo at the Pre-Trial Chamber confirmation hearing on 28 September. The document with the charges against Mr. Lubanga Dyilo is currently scheduled to be submitted to the Pre-Trial Chamber and made public earlier on 28 August.

There will be time for questions and discussion during the briefing.

The briefing is on-record. Following the briefing the Deputy Prosecutor will be able to give short interviews for broadcast. Please indicate your interest in an individual interview in advance.
