Information for the public wishing to attend the opening of the trial of Thomas Lubanga Dyilo on 26 January 2009

Situation: Democratic Republic of the Congo
Case: The Prosecutor v. Thomas Lubanga Dyilo

Due to the anticipated interest in the opening of the ICC’s first trial in the case of The Prosecutor v. Thomas Lubanga Dyilo, members of the public wishing to attend the hearing on Monday 26 January 2009 are kindly requested to arrive at the seat of the Court no later than 09.30 a.m. (local time).

Members of the public are kindly invited to use the public entrance located on Regulusweg. The doors will open at 08.30 a.m. and the hearing will start at 10.00 a.m. Seats will be made available on a “first come, first served” basis.
