ICC to hold fifth Asia Pacific Forum of The Hague

On Friday, 9 June 2023, from 08:00 to 10:00 CEST - 15:00 to 17:00 JST/KST, the International Criminal Court (ICC), together with Hague Project Peace and Justice, will be hosting online the fifth Asia Pacific Forum of the Hague. This webinar will be held with the goal of promoting awareness of the Court in the Asia Pacific region.

As part of the Hague Justice Week 2023, the event will delve into the subject of “Making Impact in Creating Access to Justice at the Local, National and International level”, with a high-level dialogue with ICC judges Chang-ho Chung and Tomoko Akane. The programme includes engaging sessions with ICC staff members and an informative session conducted by the Human Resources Section. The event will feature remarks by the President of the Court, judge Piotr Hofmański, and Deputy Prosecutor Nazhat Shameem Khan.

The webinar is open for all interested participants and will be held in English.
