Arrival of Mathieu Ngudjolo Chui to the Detention Centre of the Court

Case: The Prosecutor v. Mathieu Ngudjolo Chui

Please be informed that today at 13:45, Mathieu Ngudjolo Chui arrived at the Detention Centre of the Court, in The Hague.

He was arrested by the Congolese authorities yesterday and surrendered to the Court.

Mathieu Ngudjolo Chui is alleged to have committed crimes against humanity and war crimes as set out in articles 7 and 8 of the Statute, committed in the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo since July 2002.
