On Monday, 12 July, 2010, at 10.00 a.m. (The Hague local time), the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court will deliver its judgment concerning the appeal of Germain Katanga against the decision of Trial Chamber II entitled "Decision on the Motion of the Defence for Germain Katanga for a Declaration on Unlawful Detention and Stay of Proceedings" of 20 November, 2009.
