The eighth revision of the Chambers Practice Manual makes the ‘Guideline for ICC Judgment Drafting’ and the ‘Guideline for ICC Judgment Structure’ publicly available as annexes to the Chambers Practice Manual. The two internal guidelines were adopted in 2019 and their publication enhances transparency on best practices identified by the judges in structuring and drafting ICC judgments.
