The Appeals Chamber will deliver tomorrow the judgment on the appeal of Germain Katanga against the decision on the admissibility of the case

Case: The Prosecutor v. Germain Katanga and Mathieu Ngudjolo Chui

On 25 September, 2009, at 10.30 a.m., the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC) will deliver in open court the judgment on the appeal of Germain Katanga against the oral decision issued by Trial Chamber II on 12 June, 2009. Trial Chamber II had declared the case against Mr Katanga admissible before the ICC. The reasons for this oral decision were set out in a separate document of 16 June, 2009.
