Address by Judge Hans-Peter Kaul, Second Vice-President of the ICC, at the 4th International Humanitarian Law Dialogs

​On 30 August, 2010, Judge Hans-Peter Kaul, Second Vice-President of the ICC, gave an address entitled “From Nuremberg to Kampala – Reflections on the Crime of Aggression” at the Fourth International Humanitarian Law Dialogs, organized by the Robert H. Jackson Center and held at the Chautauqua Institute in Chautauqua, New York. The focus of the symposium was “Crimes against Peace - Aggression in the 21st Century”.
