On 26 June 2024, Mr Al Hassan was convicted of the crimes against humanity of torture, persecution and other inhumane acts ; and the war crimes of torture, outrages upon personal dignity, mutilation, cruel treatment and passing sentences without previous judgment pronounced by a regularly constituted court, affording all judicial guarantees which are generally recognized as indispensable. He was acquitted of the war crimes of rape, sexual slavery and attacking protected objects ; and the crimes against humanity of rape, sexual slavery and other inhumane acts in the form of forced marriage.

Mr Ghaly is suspected of being responsible for the following crimes:

• war crimes: murder of soldiers placed hors de combat in Aguelhoc; rape, sexual slavery and any other form of sexual violence; violence to person (mutilation, cruel treatment and torture) and outrages upon personal dignity (humiliating and degrading treatment); intentionally directing attacks against buildings dedicated to religion and historic monuments; and

• crimes against humanity: imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty; rape, sexual slavery and any other form of sexual violence; torture; other inhumane acts causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health; persecution on religious grounds; and persecution of women and girls on gender grounds.

Charges: five counts of crimes against humanity: murder, extermination, forcible transfer, torture, and rape; two counts of war crimes: intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population as such or against individual civilians not taking part in hostilities, and pillaging; three counts of genocide: by killing, by causing serious bodily or mental harm, and by deliberately inflicting on each target group conditions of life calculated to bring about the group's physical destruction, allegedly committed at least between 2003 and 2008 in Darfur, Sudan

Charges: Found guilty as a co-perpetrator of the war crime consisting in intentionally directing attacks against religious and historic buildings in Timbuktu, Mali, in June and July 2012. Sentenced to nine years' imprisonment, the time spent by the suspect in detention being deducted from the sentence.

Found guilty and sentenced to 9 years imprisonment on 27 September 2016. On 25 November 2021, Mr Al Mahdi's imprisonment sentence was reduced by two years. The date for the sentence's completion is set to 18 September 2022. Reparations Order for victims pronounced by judges and is final.

Allegedly responsible for the war crimes of murder, outrages upon personal dignity, cruel treatment and torture. The crimes were allegedly committed in relation to events in the city of Tarhunah, namely during the operation “Flood of Dignity”. The Al Shaqaqiat tribe, also known as the Kani family, emerged as an influential local power in Tarhunah who controlled the police and local armed forces until around 5 June 2020 when the Kaniayt (a group of seven Al Kani brothers) lost its control over Tarhunah after having taking a role in the fights between the Tripoli based forces of the Government of National Accord and the then Libyan National Army based in Benghazi to which the Kaniyat were affiliated and integrated for a certain period of time.

Allegedly responsible for the war crimes of murder, outrages upon personal dignity, cruel treatment, torture, sexual violence and rape. Case against Al-Senussi declared inadmissible before the ICC on 11 October 2013 due to national proceedings in Libya regarding the same crimes. Case also involved charges against Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi and Muammar Gaddafi in warrant issued on 27 June 2011. Case against Muammar Gaddafi was terminated on 22 November 2011, following his passing.

Charges: Mr Al-Werfalli is alleged to have directly committed and to have ordered the commission of murder as a war crime in the context of seven incidents, involving 33 persons, which took place from on or before 3 June 2016 until on or about 17 July 2017 in Benghazi or surrounding areas, in Libya as well as Murder as a war crime in the context of an eighth incident which took place on 24 January 2018, when Mr. Al-Werfalli allegedly shot dead 10 persons in front of the Bi'at al-Radwan Mosque in Benghazi, Libya.

Charges: Mr Abd-Al-Rahman is suspected of 31 counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity allegedly committed in Darfur, Sudan.

Charges: Found guilty of various offences against the administration of justice related to the false testimonies of defence witnesses in the Bemba case. Case also involved charges against Jean-Pierre Bemba Gombo, Aimé Kilolo Musamba, Jean-Jacques Mangenda Kabongo, and Fidèle Babala Wandu.
