Public hearing in the Lubanga case on 12 February 2008

Please be advised that a public hearing will take place at the seat of the Court in The Hague on 12 January 2008 (to be continued on 13 February as necessary), in the case of The Prosecutor v. Thomas Lubanga Dyilo. The time of proceedings will be found on the hearing schedule.
Having suspended the 31 January 2008 deadline for final disclosure to the Defence, Trial Chamber I will hear submissions from parties and participants on the implication of this suspension on preparations for the trial.
All journalists wishing to cover this hearing are welcome. No confirmation is required.
