President Kirsch presents the International Criminal Court’s fourth annual report to the UN’s General Assembly

The President of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Judge Philippe Kirsch, will present the fourth annual report of the ICC to the United Nations General Assembly on Thursday, 30 October 2008. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10.00 a.m. (New York local time). President Kirsch will provide an overview of recent developments at the Court and an assessment of where the Court stands ten years after the General Assembly convened the historic Rome Conference to create the ICC.

The President's address will be web cast on the UN's website at: http://www.un.org/webcast. His speech will be posted on the ICC website tomorrow following delivery.
