Ambassador Radwan Ben Khadra is currently the Legal Adviser to the Secretary-General of the Arab League. Ambassador Ben Khadra joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Morocco in 1973 and became Deputy Chief of Mission and Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of Morocco in Khartoum (1976-1986), Damascus (1989-1990) and Cairo (1990-1998). He headed the League of Arab States division in the Ministry from 1986 to 1989, and in 1998, Ambassador Ben Khadra joined the League of Arab States, where, in addition to the position of Legal Adviser, he is also Head of the Legal Department and the Technical Secretariat of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice. Ambassador Ben Khadra headed the Arab League delegation to the Rome Conference.
Ambassador Hesham Youssef is currently the chef de cabinet to the Secretary General of the Arab League. Ambassador Youssef is a career diplomat who joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt in 1985. Ambassador Youssef served at the Egyptian Embassy in Canada and the Egyptian mission in Geneva focusing predominantly on trade issues in the World Trade Organization. In 2001, he joined the Arab League as official spokesman.
