New composition of the Pre-Trial Chambers

On 24 October 2008, following the constitution of Trial Chamber II, the Presidency of the International Criminal Court decided to replace Judge Fatoumata Dembele Diarra by Judge Hans-Peter Kaul in Pre-Trial Chamber II, and by Judge Mauro Politi in Pre-Trial Chamber III.

Accordingly, the Pre-Trial chambers are now composed as follows:

Pre-Trial Chamber I:

Judge Sylvia Steiner
Judge Anita Ušacka

Pre-Trial Chamber II:
Judge Hans-Peter Kaul
Judge Mauro Politi
Judge Ekaterina Trendafilova

Pre-Trial Chamber III:

Judge Mauro Politi
Judge Ekaterina Trendafilova
