Entry into force of amendments to the Regulations of the Court

 On 18 December, amendments to the Regulations of the Court adopted by the judges on 14 June and 14 November 2007, during their eighth and ninth plenary sessions, entered into force. 

Pursuant to Article 52 of the Rome Statute, the amendments to the Regulations of the Court will be circulated to States Parties for comments. If, within six months from circulation, there are no objections from a majority of States Parties, the amendments shall remain in force.
