Kenya Ratifies Rome Statute

On 15 March 2005, Kenya ratified the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, bringing the total number of States that are party to the Statute to 98. 139 States are signatories.

The Statute will enter into force for Kenya on 1 June 2005.
