Organisation

The OPCD was established on paper on 26 May 2004 when the judges adopted the Regulations of the Court and became fully operational following the appointment of its Principal Counsel on 15 January 2007, although it had been operating since April 2006 under an Associate Counsel.

The OPCD wishes to draw the attention of professionals and any other persons interested in the OPCD’s mandate and activities, and who meet the general eligibility criteria, to the possibility of participating in The Internships and Visiting Professionals Programme.
