Procurement
The Procurement Section is responsible for the acquisition of goods and services for the Court, required for the operations of its three premises in The Hague and its Liaison and Field Offices in New York, Kinshasa, Kampala, Bunia, Abeche, Bangui, and N’Djamena.
In 2008, the International Criminal Court procured approximately EUR 22 million worth of goods and services.
All Suppliers wishing to be included in the International Criminal Court’s procurement opportunities on the internet may review the upcoming solicitations from our web page. You will be able to see a list of posted Expression of Interest for procurement actions over EUR 50,000 but it will not give you all the details. In order to be included in the subsequent solicitation you must successfully register your company with International Criminal Court.
Registration requirements
Potential suppliers interested in supplying products or services to International Criminal Court are advised to contact Procurement at the address indicated below.
To become a qualified supplier you must register by completing our Supplier Registration Form and return it by fax or as an e-mail attachment.
The contracting and purchasing activities are undertaken in accordance with the ICC Financial Regulations and Rules, Standard Operating Procedures and General Terms and Conditions of Contract for Goods and Services.

Zero Tolerance Policy on Gifts and Hospitality
The participating in the procurement process has a ''zero tolerance'' policy and does not accept any type of gift or any offer of hospitality. The ICC expects ICC Suppliers not to offer any gift or any offer of hospitality. All items received from vendors, even of nominal value, will be returned to the vendor.
